What’s different about the 102-PRO?

An evolution of the REYM-101-PRO for working with two powder types.

REYM-102-PRO front - two tanks and control panel
Two powder tanks and control panel on the front of the device.

Two powder hoppers

Select the powder hopper with the switch on the control panel. Switch materials between stages without emptying and refilling a single hopper.

Improved powder feeder

The updated feeder delivers a steady powder flow during spraying.

Updated control electronics

Use the rotary controls to adjust heating and powder feed continuously. A green indicator shows that the system is ready; a red indicator signals an emergency stop.

Spray module for nickel powder blends

The more powerful spray module also supports suitably selected nickel powder blends.

Specifications from the REYM-102-PRO manual. Check the compressor’s delivered airflow at working pressure; receiver size alone does not tell you how much air it can supply.

What can you use REYM-102-PRO for?

The manual covers protective, repair and corrosion-resistant coatings on metal and ceramic substrates. Choose the powder and process settings to suit the component material and the result you need.

Surface preparation and finishing depend on the individual component.

Restoring component surfaces

Build up worn areas and restore the surfaces of metal components.

Wheel surface repair

Selection of material for surface defects and planned finishing.

Protective coatings

Applying layers matched to the material of the part and its operating conditions.

Prepare your inquiry →
Is powder fed from both tanks simultaneously?

No. The manual describes selecting one hopper with the panel switch. Powder is fed from that hopper; the second hopper makes it easier to change materials between work stages.

How to choose powder for the repaired part?

The manual lists aluminium, zinc, copper and nickel powders. Tell us the substrate material, the type and size of the damage, and the result you need. We’ll help select the powder and spray settings.

Will my compressor be suitable?

The manual specifies 0.45 m³/min at 6–8 bar. Send us the compressor’s delivered airflow at that pressure and details of your air drying and filtration. Tank capacity alone is not enough to check suitability.

What’s included, and how do I check delivery?

The price … includes 23% VAT. The pressure regulator with gauge and moisture separator are not included. Before ordering, confirm the full scope of supply, any accessories, shipping costs and lead time.
