Everything you need to get started right away: a REYM system plus powders for surface preparation, rebuilding damaged areas, and anti-corrosion protection. Cold Spray technology keeps heat impact on sheet metal to a minimum.
Cold Spray kits help you prepare the surface, rebuild damaged areas, and apply anti-corrosion protection (for example, zinc).
Pick 1–2 powders based on the repair task: zinc for anti-corrosion protection, Al-Zn for sealing holes and repairing corrosion damage, and aluminum for restoring shape. Proper surface preparation (alumina) is essential.
Most commonly used for body repair: Z-01 + A-3 + A-2 (+ A 00-03 for surface preparation).
Anti-corrosion protection for repaired areas and steel components, including welds.
Seals holes and gaps while helping repair corrosion damage and surface defects.
Fills damaged areas and restores the original shape of the part (shape build-up).
Cleans and prepares the surface before spraying — a must-have step.
Note: faster nozzle insert wear.
Check the boxes if this sounds like the kind of repair work you do. If you tick 2+, it’s worth choosing the right kit and powders.
In short: surface preparation → powder spraying → final finishing. No traditional melting process like in welding.
Cleaning and abrasive blasting. The goal is to remove contamination and create the right surface profile for adhesion.
The powder is deposited in a solid-state process — without traditional material melting. Parameters are adjusted to the surface and repair task.
The repaired area is leveled and prepared for paint or further work, depending on the type of repair and the desired finish.
